6 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups choc chips
2 1/2 cups cups rice cereal
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbs lemon juice
1- in bowl, microwave butter and choc chips until melted. Add rice cereal and stir to coat
2- press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Place in freezer 10 min.
3-beat cream cheese til fluffy. Add condensed milk and peanut butter. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Gently fold in whipped topping.
4- pour into crust
5- heat peanut butter and fudge. Drizzle on top. Freeze 4-6 hours before serving.
